The TransplantCOE Program
INTERLINK® Centers of Excellence Network

If your benefit booklet names the
TransplantCOE network as your plan network, transplant coverage is increased when services are provided by a TransplantCOE level provider.

INTERLINK’s Quality Assurance team collects and analyzes transplant outcome data, then performs an onsite visit to the transplant hospital to interview program directors to learn more about their services as a potential COE provider.   Programs are invited into the TransplantCOE Network, after meeting strict guidelines. Outcome data is reviewed annually for continued network participation.  Candidates in the TransplantCOE program get to choose from the top 40% performing transplant programs in the nation.

To open the
TransplantCOE Program member education section, the log-in and password instructions are printed on the transplant benefit page of your health insurance benefit booklet.   Once inside, you can access our program specific member tools.

If enrolled in the Nurse Supported Transplant Program, TransplantCOE Provider decision materials can be accessed through your case manager.
